Terms of Service (Zoombins.co)

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Zoombins.co (the “Site”) and any dumpster rental services provided by Zoom Bins Inc (“Zoom Bins,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the Site or renting a dumpster from us, you agree to these Terms.

2) Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to book a dumpster or use the Site on behalf of a business.

3) Quotes, Orders, and Scheduling

- Quotes may be provided by phone, email, text, or through the Site.

- Your order is confirmed once Zoom Bins accepts it (including confirming delivery date/time, dumpster type, and service address).

- Delivery/pickup times are estimates and may vary due to traffic, weather, access, disposal facility delays, or other operational needs.

4) Customer Responsibilities (Access, Placement, Loading) You agree to:

- Provide a clear, safe, and legally accessible drop-off location.

- Ensure the area is free of obstructions (cars, gates, low wires/branches, etc.).

- Not move the dumpster once placed.

- Load materials evenly and not above the rim. Overfilled dumpsters may not be hauled until corrected and may incur extra fees.

- Keep the dumpster on your property unless you have the required permits to place it on public streets/right-of-way.

5) Weight Limits, Materials, and Restrictions

- You agree to comply with the dumpster type rules and restrictions communicated at booking and shown on our Site, including (examples listed below):

- 3 Yard Dumpster: weight capacity 800 lbs; no tile, dirt, or concrete

- 6 Yard Lowboy: intended for heavy inert material; no trash

- 10 Yard Dumpster: weight capacity 2 tons (4,000 lbs); no dirt or concrete; overweight fee $110 per ton over

- 20 Yard Dumpster: weight capacity 3 tons (6,000 lbs); no roofing material, dirt, or concrete; overweight fee $110 per ton over

Prohibited / Restricted Items (General)

Unless we explicitly approve in writing, you may not place hazardous or regulated materials in the dumpster, including but not limited to: chemicals, paint (liquid), solvents, oils, asbestos, medical waste, batteries, propane tanks, fuel, explosives, and other items restricted by local/state/federal law.

If prohibited items are found, you are responsible for all resulting costs, including sorting, disposal surcharges, fines, environmental fees, and extra trip charges.

6) Rental Term, Extensions, and Extra Charges

- Your rental includes the agreed service term (as quoted/confirmed at booking).

- Keeping the dumpster beyond the agreed period may result in daily/weekly extension charges.

- Additional charges may apply for (as applicable): overweight loads, special handling, blocked/unavailable access, dry-run/trip fees, overfilled dumpsters, relocation requests, or disposal surcharges.

7) Payment Terms

- Payment is due as agreed at booking (e.g., upfront, at delivery, or upon completion).

- If a payment method fails or becomes disputed/charged back, you remain responsible for amounts owed plus any related processing fees (as permitted by law).

8) Cancellations and Rescheduling

Cancellations/reschedules may be subject to fees if the dumpster has been dispatched, delivered, or if we reserved capacity specifically for your job. We’ll disclose any applicable fee before charging it whenever practical.

9) Damage to Property; Surface Protection

Dumpster placement can impact surfaces (driveways, pavers, landscaping). While we use reasonable care, you acknowledge that minor surface marks or impressions may occur. If you have special placement requirements (e.g., boards, protective barriers), you must request them in advance (and additional fees may apply).

You are responsible for damage caused by:

- Overloading/unsafe loading

- Moving/tampering with the dumpster

- Allowing others to use the dumpster

- Prohibited materials or improper disposal

10) No Guarantee of Uninterrupted Site Access

We try to keep Zoombins.co available, but we do not guarantee the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or always available.

11) Intellectual Property

All Site content (text, images, branding, logos) is owned by or licensed to Zoom Bins Inc and may not be copied or reused without permission.

12) Third-Party Links

The Site may contain links to third-party websites or tools. We are not responsible for their content, privacy practices, or services.

13) Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Zoom Bins Inc will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits/revenue, arising out of your use of the Site or services.

If liability is found, our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid to Zoom Bins Inc for the specific service giving rise to the claim (unless prohibited by law).

14) Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Zoom Bins Inc and its employees/contractors from claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from:

Your breach of these Terms

Your improper use of the dumpster/service

Prohibited materials, overloading, or illegal disposal

Your negligence or misconduct

15) Governing Law and Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, and disputes will be brought in courts located in or serving Los Angeles County, California, unless otherwise required by law. (Our business address is in Santa Clarita, CA.)

16) Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site or services after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
